SizExpress began with a simple frustration: shipping items from the US to Jamaica was slow, expensive, and confusing. Tracking was inconsistent, fees were unclear, and customer service was hard to reach.
We set out to fix that. Starting with a single warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida, and a small team in Kingston, SizExpress built a platform that gives every customer a dedicated US shipping address, real-time tracking through every stage of the journey, and a dashboard to manage invoices, payments, and delivery — all in one place.
